These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vibrator App (“App”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Share your access with others in violation of these Terms

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Some features of the App may be available through paid subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases.

• Payment is processed through the App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription via your device's account settings
• We do not provide refunds for unused portions of subscriptions unless required by law
